You can walk your prospects through your system with your follow-up emails and offer them promos and items. You have perhaps offered freebies to your leads during the start, meaning, you can offer that items that are cost-effective and at the same time, get to build their trust even more. As the process ends, offer your leads your primary product or service and expectantly, they will purchase it.

Apart from this very important process though, an auto-responder is capable of doing a lot more things such as organizing your mailing list and keeping yourself informed regarding where each member is exactly when you are receiving a lot of inquiries. Another great thing about an auto-responder is that it guards against spam by embedding in every email they send a link to ‘unsubscribe’. The recipients of your emails can choose not to unsubscribe, then your emails would not be directed to their spam folder.

Note as well that once your mailing list becomes more populated, it will be a lot more difficult for you to send emails to your subscribers manually. The time that could have spent on other aspects of your business would be wasted on manually sending promotional and follow-up messages to them. In the end, you would find business no longer surviving because one whole day would not even be enough for the ‘send emails’ part, not to mention that part where you have to respond to inquiries and suggestions. This is where the extreme efficiency and automation of auto-responders come in handy.
